Perfect for outdoor get-togethers!

1 medium breadfruit
1 can mixed vegetables
1 large onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
All purpose seasoning
Hot sauce (optional)
Roast breadfruit until soft when pierced with a skewer or knife. Cook, peel, and dice breadfruit. Place in a large bowl. Add diced onions and mixed vegetables. Add mayonnaise, tossing until all ingredients are covered. Season with salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning, and hot sauce to taste. Serves 6-8.
TIP: Fell free to add 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs to the recipe if you desire!
