Alice’s Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 litre vegetable broth
1 carrot
1/2 onion
3 spring onions/escallions
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 small cabbage
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
1/4 small can of tomato paste

1. Cut up carrot, onions, garlic, and cabbage into small pieces
2. Boil vegetable broth
3. Once it is boiled, add all vegetables
4. Boil for twenty minutes, until carrots are soft
5. Mix up the milk and the flour
6. Add this into the soup for the last five minutes of the 20 minutes prior
7. Take soup off stove after 20 minutes is up
8. Put all of the soup in a food processor
9. Add 1/4 small can of tomato paste
10. Process vegetables until soft
11, Then place it back on the stove until hot
12. Add salt and pepper if needed
13. Enjoy!
