Simple Tomato and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
1 carrot
4 spring onion
3 tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1/2 litre of vegetable broth

1. Chop all vegetables
2. Boil vegetables in broth for 10 minutes with lid covered
3. Then add one can of tomato paste and stir
4. Reduce to low heat for another 2 minutes
5. Add 1 1/2 cup of water
6. Remove from heat
7. Place in blender
8. Blend until carrot is liquidated
9. Return to heat for a minute
10. Enjoy!
